Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using Peptide Chats. By using the service, you agree to them.

Effective 2026-10-03 · Draft pending legal review.

1. Service description

Peptide Chats ("the Service") provides general research-based information about peptides, synthesized from peer-reviewed literature and other publicly available academic sources. Each factual claim is accompanied by a citation to a PubMed-indexed study (PMID).

2. No medical advice

The Service does not provide medical, pharmaceutical, or health advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prescription. Information provided is for research and educational purposes only. Nothing on this Service constitutes a doctor-patient relationship. Always seek the advice of a licensed healthcare provider before making any decision relating to your health, medications, supplements, or peptide use.

3. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. No personal recommendations

The Service will not recommend doses, cycles, protocols, drug combinations, or vendors for your individual use. Any question seeking personal medical, pharmacological, or purchasing guidance will be declined.

5. Regulatory status

Many peptides discussed on the Service are not approved by the US Food and Drug Administration, Health Canada, the European Medicines Agency, or other national regulators for human therapeutic use. Possession, distribution, or administration of certain peptides may be subject to regulation or prohibition in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws.

6. Accuracy and limitations

While we take reasonable care to cite primary sources and have each response audited for citation accuracy, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that information is complete, current, or free from error. New research may supersede prior findings. You are responsible for verifying any claim via the cited source before acting on it.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of Peptide Chats shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. You use the Service at your own risk and assume all responsibility for any decision made or action taken based on information obtained from the Service.

8. Intellectual property

The Service's underlying knowledge base, synthesized summaries, user interface, source code, logos, and brand elements are the property of the operators. Content you receive from the Service may be used for personal, non-commercial research purposes. Automated scraping, redistribution, or commercial use of generated responses requires prior written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) solicit specific medical advice; (b) seek information for the purpose of harming yourself or others; (c) circumvent rate limits or access controls; (d) attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or copy the underlying knowledge base at scale; (e) misrepresent output of the Service as advice from a licensed professional.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via a notice on the Service. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to the project's listed contact address.
